Refund Policy

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no extra charge.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No-shows are treated as cancellations without notice.

Refunds for group sessions are only offered if the event is cancelled or rescheduled by MindStrong Coaching™.

If you’re unable to attend, your place can often be transferred to someone else — just email us in advance.

Due to the immediate access provided to digital resources, no refunds are issued once access is granted.

If you believe you purchased in error or are unhappy with the experience, please contact us — we’ll do our best to make it right.

Retreat bookings are non-refundable due to limited availability and upfront costs involved.

However, your booking may be transferable to another person or future event at our discretion — please get in touch at least 21 days prior to the retreat date.
